## Our mission

Rural America is home to more than 14 million young people, each with incredible potential. Yet too often, the communities they call home lack the programs, partnerships, and resources needed to help them thrive. Partners for Rural Impact leads a national “For Rural, With Rural” movement to activate investment into rural communities, lift up Bright Spots, and strengthen local capabilities.

## We amplify rural brilliance

Rural communities are rich with knowledge, leadership, and lived experience. We convene rural leaders and allies to share that knowledge, identify common challenges, and build community. Together, we strengthen local capabilities with evidence-backed tools and models proven to work in rural places.

## We advance a narrative

Rural communities are too often defined by stereotypes rather than their strengths. We lift up bright spots across the country where communities and their partners are building local systems and programs that put rural young people on a path to economic mobility.

## We activate investment

Lasting change requires lasting investment. We work with corporations and philanthropies to develop rural funding strategies built for the long term, and advocate for increased public funding for rural youth and communities.
