Our cradle to career partnership in Appalachian Kentucky (APPC2C) brings together schools, libraries, employers, and community organizations around a shared commitment to the region’s young people. We work alongside local leaders to strengthen existing efforts, connect partners to evidence-backed resources, and align investment where it is needed most.
